Refund Policy

​We want you to love what you ordered — but if something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Our refund and return policy depends on how your order was fulfilled:

Print-On-Demand Orders (Handled via Printify)

All standard orders are made to order through Printify, and as such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, including wrong size/color selections or accidental purchases.

However, we will offer a replacement or full refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is lost in transit and cannot be tracked

What to Do:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item (including packaging, if applicable)

  • A short description of the issue

Once we review the information, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 Limited Drops & Swag (Handled In-House)

For limited-run items and in-house merch, all sales are final, as these items are typically small-batch and made to order.

We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item or size from what you ordered

Important Notes:
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of damage or error (e.g., photo evidence) is required

  • We do not accept returns for worn or washed items

 Return Shipping

If a return is authorized (for damaged or incorrect items only), we’ll provide you with instructions. In most cases, you won’t need to return the original item, especially for Printify-fulfilled orders — just provide photo proof, and we’ll handle the rest.

 Exclusions

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size or color selection by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs (unless significantly overdue)
