Who we are: Three friends brought together by a deep love for hunting, the outdoors, and the lessons learned in the field. We started as two in the early days, and in 2025, our crew became three — each of us with our own strengths, stories, and shared commitment to doing this right.

What we do: We produce a podcast, share hands‑on content (photos, video, reels), and provide tips and gear insights for hunting, land management, using calls, and more. We believe in honest gear reviews, field‑tested advice, real stories, and always learning.

Our Story
It all started with two friends, a shared love for Michigan’s wild places, and the call of the outdoors. Deep into the woods, across rivers, and out on the lakes — that’s where Great Lakes Outdoors was born. We weren’t looking for perfection; we just wanted to chase that feeling: the sunrise hitting the water, the crack of a bowstring, a chill in the air, stories around a fire.
In 2025, two friends became three. What began as a passion project grew into a true team — all equally driven by the same respect for the land, love of the hunt, and dedication to doing things the right way. More minds, more skills, more memories — and a stronger voice for the outdoor community.
We launched this venture to turn ordinary days into adventure, to give people a place where nature, gear, and camaraderie intersect. Somewhere you can get fired up about a new trail, learn something useful for your next hunt, or just appreciate how great the world looks from a duck blind or a canoe.
