1.  Order Fulfillment

Print-On-Demand Orders (via Printify)

Most of our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printify, a third-party print-on-demand provider. When you place an order for a print-on-demand item:

  • The item is printed and shipped by one of Printify’s global production partners.

  • Fulfillment times typically range from 2–7 business days.

  • Shipping times vary based on location, generally 5–10 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Printify, their production partners, or shipping carriers, but we will assist in resolving any fulfillment or delivery issues.

Limited Drops / In-House Merchandise

Occasionally, we may release limited-edition items or swag, which are handled and shipped directly by our team.

  • These products will be clearly marked as limited or exclusive.

  • Fulfillment times are generally 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

2.  Payments

All prices are listed in [Your Currency] and are processed securely via our checkout system. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been received in full.

3.  Refunds & Returns

Print-On-Demand Orders

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Delivery delays due to carriers

We will offer replacements or refunds if:

  • The item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect

  • The order is lost in transit

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with photos and order details.

Limited Drop Items

All sales are final on limited-run merchandise. We will replace or refund if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product designs, logos, images, and text, are the intellectual property of [Your Brand Name] and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
